This allows clients to receive expert interior design services from anywhere, without in-person meetings. It is convenient, cost effective v’s traditional interior design services and accessible.

how long does the service take?

The timeline for virtual interior design varies based on the projects complexity and scope. Generally, the process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. An exact indication of expected lead time will be given after you have completed your questionnaire. The timeline is NOT inclusive of amendments.

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU REQUIRE?

Upon submitting an enquiry, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire with details such as the nature of your project, your design preferences, budget and space measurements. The more information you provide, the better we can understand your style and create a design that perfectly suits YOU!

can i amend the design if i am unsure?

Certainly! You have the flexibility to make up to 3 amendments, but it’s important to keep in mind that these changes will extend the overall timeline for completion of your project.

When recommending items, we curate a mix of high street players, design houses, and occasionally explore vintage and up cycled options. Selections prioritise what we believe suits you best, aligns with your bushes, and ensures high quality standards are maintained.

how do i order the items suggested?

You will be provided with a full shopping list containing clickable links to all products that have been suggested to you. Simply click through to buy online whenever you are ready, or pop into your nearest store. If something should go out of stock within 1 month of accepting your design, we provide 1 month of product support to find a suitable alternative for you.
